REDD, i DO agree with you........however, (and i AM NOT ADVOCATING driving an unsafe truck), there will be some newbies that are really afraid to NOT drive such a truck as they are new and need the job. they get scared by the "what will happen to my family, if i cannot make a paycheck" mentality bored into their heads. until a newbie/rookie actually stands up and remains fearless of his actions talking against the owner/dispatcher, he will always cower down to the threats, knowing that there will be (about) 25 or more people wanting his job if he quits or gets fired.

i think it IS BEST they get those tickets they have to pay. the newbies are TOLD in school to be obedient of the laws or face the consequences, yet when they get their license, they seem to forget what they learned.

there is only so much that can be taught them, the rest.......well if learning by your mistakes makes you smarter, then i'm all for it.

    REDD and HvyHaul739 Thank this.
