It's a starter company . But you have to get started somewhere. Key is stay with your first company and tough it out no less than 1 year and you can move afterwards

All or most all starter companies have huge turnover ...

But just remember it's a start and u can't start on top ...

But you can move up the ladder latter but don't job hop , or you will ruin your record

 

If you mean USA Truck of Van Buren, AR I came here after England, they are ok as far as a starter company. I'll be honest though I sort of miss England's ####, me and the wife don't get time to take showers, because when we drop a load they give us a new load that should have picked up 2 hours before our drop time, even when we're early. Also they don't maintain their equipment, but the solo drivers are mostly happy. The Teams not so much.
