I never noticed the clinic cat acting like he saw a ghost. However, he was very...odd. He was also huge and lazy. Even odder was when i would be talking to the doctor and next thing you know hes laying on the floor just like the cat does?!
My cats at home though...They act funny sometimes. They'll stand there staring at nothing like they see something they are scared of. There was a dog that used to live in this house. I think they see his ghost. They never acted like that in any other house we lived in. Sometimes we hear footsteps when no ones walking as well......

I've had quite a few experiences that I'd consider paranormal. Most have not been on the road.
The ones that were road related, happened a lot.
I'm the type who likes to take off around 0300, so a bit of my driving is done in the dark. I'd usually stop at the nearest Pilot, and grab a biscuit sandwich and cup of coffee. ALWAYS would lock up the truck before going inside. Now I'm not trying to be funny here, keep that in mind. So, here I am cruising along, very little traffic, sandwich gone, coffee still hot, and cigar burning, and a weird feeling comes over me, like someone watching me from the sleeper. Sometimes that feeling would last for awhile, 10-15 minutes.
It got so strong a number of times, that I even stopped to see if someone WAS there. Never was anyone.
This happened in different trucks, and different areas, never anything in common other than in a truck.
Now the ones non road related? Most had a common thread relating to a different person, and I'm still not trying to be humourous, but that isn't what you asked.

I'm not someone who believes or doesn't believe in aliens because I personally just don't care. But this is something I have to share.
At about 2:00am at night. Summer of 2005 or 2006
When driving back home to Rushville Illinois. North East of the town driving across rural corn fields and woods my dad was driving (the pickup truck) and I'm hanging out in the passenger seat and he taps my shoulder and points out the window. I look...
About 3 hundred yards out is a LARGE object flying a few hundred feet above the ground, smoothly, constant, passing us casually. It had either 1 or 2 levels of rows of lights that went along the side, bright large rectangle windows with rounded corners spewing out white light.
It made no sound, flew straight, did not rotate, had no blinking flashers or anything that would indicate it as a traditional aircraft and it just kept flying in a straight line off into the distance.
I turned to my dad, we looked at each other, I said "well that was interesting", he agreed, and we kept driving home with no further comment. -
I do most of my driving overnight, wish I saw some crazy stuff but never do. A deer jumped in front of me once at 2am and somehow made it past, but I remember thinking later that it didn't quite look like a deer. That's all I've got :[

I have a story that just occured a few days ago, not a road story. The story was told by my dad who has never in his life lied or made anything up.
On Sunday October 17th 2010 # 8:05am my uncle "Drago" passed away at the age of 74.
After the viewing my parents came home with relatives who came from Cleveland for the funeral.
My dad has a bracelet that he purchased at the same time as my uncle "Drago". The bracelet is heavy and thick enough to be used to pull trucks with. The chain has 2 locks on it to prevent it from falling.
My dad reached for a shot of wisky with his right hand when his bracelet fell from his wrist, at the same time the relative from Cleveland reached for a glass filled with wisky when his bracelet also fell to the floor.
My uncle Drago has always been a practical joker. -
Head over to Boulia in central western Queensland Aus,"Land of the Min Min Light". Had a mate pulling a road train,2 trailers, coming back from Darwin in a B model Mack in the 70,s.Decided to pull over for toilet time in a dry creek bed just before sun up.Said he was in the right position when a couple of large eyes came towards him down the creek bed.Reconned he had no trouble with constapation that morning and after his heart rate came back to normal and the dizziness passed he got himself up off the creek bed and walked toward them.As he approached them they would move away.Turns out they were Min Min lights,a natural phenon caused by static elec out on the dry plains.

ParanormalWitnessTV Thanks this. -
On another occasion i was driving a semi tipper,8v71 c.o.e Transtar and 28 feet tri tipper, carting road base for the Normanton Karumba beef road up in the Gulf of Carpentaria. A couple of owner drivers had hired a Falcon station wagon from the Mt Isa air port to use to travel between the Isa and Normanton and back when they would fly back to Brisbane for a break every couple of weeks. On the morning after they left to head back the Falcon, all smashed up from being rolled a couple of times, returned with the drivers on the back of a body truck. They told us during the night they had come across a Min Min light and after slowing down they decided to speed up and chase it.That was their first mistake, the second one was when they approached a bend at about 80 mph watching the Min Min light and not the road. Alas end result one badly bent, total write off, Avis rent a car with a couple of sore and sorry,"How are we gonna explain this",owner drivers. Kept a whole lot of people laughing for quite a while after that.
