I HATE TO BE THE BAD APPLE BUT AS MUCH AS I FEEL FOR THE DRIVER IT IS THE DRIVERS RESPONSABILTY TO MAKE SURE ALL LOADS ARE BOTH SECURE AND LOADED CORRECTLY.:biggrin_25513:

There are exceptions to this....for example; sometimes a driver is not present when trailer is loaded and in my case, I am not allowed on shipping/receiving docks by the shipper or my employer (for security/cleanliness reasons). Everything is 100% shipper load&count and receiver unload&count. I do not even "secure" partial loads, which is the majority of my loads.I could not even tell you what I haul, because I don't know, the BOLs only contain numbers, which is meaningless to me.
