Well, I see one of your drivers had the same idea I did. We're both in Plainview, Tx and both decided to get a room. Just got to get out of the trk sometimes.

 

Hay i need to see if i can get some advice i start Nov 1 in SLC i attened a school back in 2001 in SLC and didn't make through the first week due to my name being differnt on my ss they want me to find out what school it was but i can't rember is there any way to get info like this some were

 

Cannot bring Cool whip in the mountains either.
I would bring it to Independence, then other trucks would haul it south to Dallas, then across to LA.
Had to go the southern route.

The Wellness test is not really that hard. They have the push pull test, picking up a crate with various weights in it. They start low and work up.
In the end you will have to pick it up with 75 lbs in it. Place it on a shelf about head high, and then carry it around the room.
This is to simulate moving freight in a trailer.
Something you will only do on a very very rare occasion.
All the tests are done to see if you can physically perform all the movements that may be needed to do your job as a driver.
You will wear a heart monitor for the test, and have your pulse taken at different times.
It really is nothing to worry about for the average person.
