1. Attention employers: We now require a valid DOT# for anyone wishing to post a driving position. If your job offer doesn't contain a DOT number, it will not get past moderation and will not appear in the forum. The other requirements in the sticky at the top of this section are still required as well. Thank you for understanding.

Is there anyone

I used to work for May Trucking. They have a terminal in Pensacola. It is their only terminal East of the Mississippi and because of that you run big miles to Portland, LA, all over the West.

    Good people.

Try Windy Hill also. They have a terminal in Eustis and the main one is in WI. My cousin worked there and did really well. Small outfit and they leave you alone to do your job. No qualcom hounding and stuff. They do a lot of multi-stops so you get a lot of extra pay besides mileage. They've been running ads for hiring. Good luck!

i am not familiar with your particular location, so i'll ask you this,
"are there any driver leasing companies with-in say 50 miles of where you live..?? maybe 75 miles.."?? have you tried signing on with one..??? they will have accounts that need temp or temp to hire drivers.

    just a thought.

Used to drive for Wiley. (They are in Troy BTW) Not eligible for Re-hire. AMX, Cypress, AAA, Trinity all have told me I live to far from I-10 (45min to hour, yea really effing far 'eh?). No flease companies nearby.

Have not talked to May before...Hmmm

Odd thing is I got an app from Williams Brothers out of Hazelhurst, GA. I cant find any info on them though. Anyone know their operations?
