what "nut job".......someone you cut off perhaps...??? someone who actually witnessed the events...?

how are WE TO BE SURE, any witness statements actually supported you, we only have YOUR WORD on the events...???

i think you just don't want no one to dig up the newspapers archives to check out your story........i think you are hiding something, like maybe you are not even at the same employer...???

Back the Convoy Up dude, Do NOT bring the Military in this..

I did war games in back in 1986 at Fort Hood and seen a chopper go down with 12 aboard, All died and one that died last ask to be shot as he was burning.. A Soldier doing Her/His job is way different then someone driving a truck and killing someone.

You got off easy, and Lucky.. I hope now the family members take You to court and take every dime you have and will make for the rest of Your life..

thank you......sometimes hijacking is a good thing.........especially now in this case, where this guy seems to have a very crass attitude about someone dying while he was at the wheel.....

i just feel so strongly about his attitude, and lack of remorse, simply because the guy was an arse of a trainer....???? his death is ok....??? and he pushes off the trainers NOT belting in as a way out of his remorse....???? he still has a death on his hands......and he thinks nothing of it...!!!:biggrin_25516:

Hi, okay he didnt metion any city , im cool with that, but yes you have too pass on curves that is part of our job, he did say wether or not this curve was on the express way or a two lane, i never pass on two lanes and if you ever get inside pa about right in the middel and get on two lanes , well lets say those two lanes are made for bicycles then a big truck, you really have too wacth the trl tail as it goes swinging over the line or go down a hill at 34 perecnt grade with super sharp horseshoe on the bottom, yes your gonna take the whole corner on that one or whipe out side of trl on cliffs and solid rock too your right so yes depends were you at accdent do happen everyday, wether be a car stalled out a curve or someboby walking across roadway, as of yesterday at a intersection here in town a man in power wheelchair was going across, got run over by a dump truck as he was turning the corner, he was killed insantly in the power chair, so sad:biggrin_2558:, and what sadder is his 91th birthday was sunday, and army vet to boot, i feel bad enuff for boys anf girls over, but this was bad too, so i had too say , first you didnt learn enuff in ot class when they taught you the smith system nor your trainer did ether, god bless his soul now, when i was driving , i made my zone ahead of me and like if you rember the dash of 57 chev bezel ,thats was my zone looked like , about a 1/4 mile in front of me, then wacthed whatever got into zone i my right foot got icthy, for the brake pedal , even in the city you can do this, i had over in chicago a big bbb lady jump out in front of me, ran across the store in her 6 inch heels, i guess getting too that sale , is more imporant than living, that day made trainer mad, cause like you i had the same trainer a pure asset, but anyway i rolled him right out the bunk right next too the dash and bumped his head i looked down and asked him did he learn anything,, after he yelled at me for stopping so fast, i always start laughing when he gets this way :biggrin_2559:it totaly peods him so i start laughing harder:biggrin_2559: so since this one page of newspaper, im not gonna say this right or wroung , i need too see the whole paper without the cutouts too see what really happen :biggrin_25524: Everett.

Everett, he changed lanes while going around a curve, which caused him to roll it over. speed plays into this as well as changing lanes, and maybe a very quick steering wheel movement. either way, he was a fault, he admits that, but i still feel he has a very crass attitude about someone dying while he was at the controls, simply because his trainer was an arse. that is just no excuse in my book. as i said, many a driver i think would have just retired from that day on knowing death and THAT CLOSE is all too real, from an AT FAULT accident. its something an ordinary person simply cannot get out of one's mind.

Anyone whom has a fatal accident and acts about it like you did should imho. And comparing a solider killing an enemy to you murdering your trainer in an accident that was wholly preventable is a gutless statement. And it wasn't the lane change on a curve, thats dangerous in of itself, but this attempt to blame everyone else for the accident. 'The trainer deserved it' is the sense I get from your posts here. And for the record babe, just because the police didn't file manslaughter, that doesn't mean that the family of the deceased won't sue you for your recklessness.

As for the original topic, I failed my road test the first time. I forgot to shift back to 3rd after coming to a stop, and tried to start in 6th which I am sure you know what happened there lol.

Just remember a small turn of the wheel while backing is a BIG move when it finally gets to the end of that trailer.
