nielson ratings mean not but more people are watching crap. But, having said that i feel that all news programs are crap. they will only talk about the things that will bring ratings. They will will not always give the whole story but just the parts that will keep you watching. The news sayers give two to three minutes to a story instead of the time it would take to tell the whole story. Don't be fooled by the media they are not here to inform you. They just want you to watch.

 

Shriner 75 is right. There was a case where I live where it was called rape just by touching due to the age. He was 37 and they were under thirteen.

 

Bad thing is....this exact same thing happened here in TN about a week ago...he's being charged with molesting his 18 month old baby stepsister while he was watching her, and two other boys are involved one for assisting by holding her and the other had that charge dropped but is facing possession of a controled substance, the one with possession is only 12 yes 12 years old....
