I have a speeding ticket in CA, I would like to fight this ticket, mostly I'd like to get it made into something less painful for my MVR, I don't mind paying more to get it made into something less of a moving violation (like a nice 'failure to obey traffic control device').
Does anyone know any good ticket fighting companies out there in the CA Palm Springs area?

i am not familiar with lawyers for this, but one thing i have seen on the internet way too many times is this guy...>http://www.stantheradarman.com/

http://www.google.com/search?q=figh...s=org.mozilla:en-US:official&client=firefox-a
hopefully someone will read your thread and provide an actual GOOD lawyer for you.
best of luck.
PS, you can try PM'ing "Ranger 309" i think he is a resident of californification..... -
i used that guy to fight my ticket, didnt get to see how well he works the chp never showed up in court so the charges were dropped

then you are among the few that had a good result from him. i was surfing the web one time when someone had been bad mouthing the guy and his law firm, and there were a lot of complaints against him.
maybe they were more difficult tickets or cases, i don't know for sure, i just "report them" as i see them, and let others decide. -
well mine wasn't the easy one, that's the only reason got a lawyer also was able to talk him down to the price i wanted to pay well the maximum i was able to pay compare to other firms i called, they wouldn't budge at all. Dont know how bad your case is but you can save few buck and do the trial by deceleration, its a gamble but i know quite few people that fought their tickets that way and won
