hahahaa you get used to the flavor, all big companies are #### to some aspect just different flavors, my biggest gripe besides miles is allways getting messages about if you do this.....or that ....you will get written up ect..it gets olds every day.

i try to stay out around 2 months at a time, the coils they use for mostly manufacturing automobiles, the coils are sheet metal just lots of it tightly round and they roll easy.
i rolled one sitting on the concrete in indiana, it did not take much effort i rolled it a couple inches and stopped it.
Side note, i thought i was running crappy this week, i ran 2918 miles from monday to today, gonna get on down the road in a few hours to fontana, i call it "fontucky"
Their is a guy who runs a base station cb on illegal wattage out their, he does nothing but harass truck drivers, i like to get him going by telling him he lives in "Fontucky" it usually is good for about a half hour chuckle in traffic:biggrin_2559:

Is there a flatbed only company that hires recent graduates? I know Roehl does, but they don't hire folks in Cali. Prime requires 1 yr reefer experience first. All I need is 6 months experience and then I can go to CRST Malone as o/o.

I would advise more like 5 years exp than 6 months exp to go O/O.

I second that motion, notarps. Being an o/o is not easy. Get good at being a truck driver before try running your own business. I will bet you will make more money as an inexperienced company driver than as an inexperienced o/o.

i would love to be an o/o or even a lease operator, but i dont feel i have the experience yet to do either, i have almost 1 yr experience now. IMHO i think i know just enought to get me in trouble, if i was you i would stick with notarps4me reccommendation, i think he hit the nail on the head
