There's no room for a porta potty? I guess you could sacrifice a cabinet. But to answer your question, I use to have a houseboat before it sunk
You can buy many portable ones off boat part websites like Overtons.com. The one I had, had a little reservoir under it and I had to take it off the boat to empty it. It has a hose dump connection. I guess you could use the RV ones at rest area's.
The reason the boat sunk? Piss ate a quarter size hole in the hull over the years. I asked my brother to charge the batteries up for the bilge pumps. Einstein took the batteries home instead of charging them in place. Are you sure you want one in the truck?

And since I run exclusively North of 60, there is literally no place that there are facilities to pull over to use. There are "pull-outs" that are really just a wide spot on the highway...not even an out house...I don't know about you, but having my pants down around my ankles when it's -50 really doesn't appeal to me! Not to mention the buffalo that could wander up at any minute
I share the road and ALL pull-outs with these....
