so I found out from this website that you can get a free DAC report. Having never got one before I decided to go ahead and order one. It came in the mail after a couple weeks, and I got my drug/alcohol / criminal records, but it said "Hireright does not have current information for employment".
Anyone know why they can't get information for my employment? I've been with 1 company for 6 years, it's a huge company in FL so I know they are in the system and I have years of tax returns showing I've been there....
Just worried that if my 6 yrs of employment aren't showing up on the DAC report, how will another company that I apply to know that I have experience?
Thanks
Mark

don't worry it will show,
when you depart......... -
Ah, I can't wait to see what bad stuff they decide to stick w/ me when I part graces with them
edit: one question I do have though. I have two backing accidents w/ this company from like 4 yrs ago. They were minimal in cost, around $300 dmg, no citations issued, no DOT came to investigate. Will that show up on my DAC report? -
Yup, company's do not report to DAC till you are no longer in their Employ.
That is one of the rules of DAC.
If you told your company it will show up.
I have a deer hit on mine, that I admitted too. No damage at all. They did list it as non-preventable.
And I scratched a trailer in a backing accident once. That one I saw and reported as well, the other company did not report it due to the damage being scratched paint only. (was a shippers trailer).
Got reported on my DAC, even though the company never paid a dime on damages. -
Do you know who to apply for with reports as small as yours on the DAC report. We really need a job!

No report is a good report.
