I'm guessing he will now have unemployment issues to work on along with his anger issues!

I sympathize with the guy....The service has gotten so bad since the Pilot takeover that you just want to smack the idiots for being so rude and for doing as much as they can to assure that the service is a slow as it can possibly be.

Too bad he dropped his card.

I just quit fueling at the J's and the Pilots altogether, I won't spend my money in a place that treats us like that!

I have been doing those 'surveys' each time I hit the Pilot. Last few times the clerks wouldnt even look at me. Hell, the last time the girl was commenting about how she was just waiting until 230p so she could LEAVE and go home. Maybe she needs to be relieved of her job permanently....

    I agree completely!

I'm sick of being checked out by someone while they talk on a cell phone, talk to the person at the next checkstand, whine about how their job sucks, cry about their hours, ##### about other employees, chat about their family drama....Etc.

Well I just had that happen to me. Petro here in Beaumont. I went into the fuel island just to buy a soda. I get to the counter & the cashier is on the phone. She help up her finger to signal to me it would just be a minute.... So I assumed she was on the phone with her boss.

10 minutes later & a line 10 deep (I'm first) she's still on the phone. Then I heard her say "So I have to get that notarized? Can I get directions? Is it easy to find?"

I lost it right there.... This ##### is on a personal phone call! I didn't say anything rude to her, but my attitude did prove that I was disatisfied. I took my reciept & called the district Manager of the Petro/TA and had a 20 or 30 minute conversation with him about this very subject.

He told me that they never know of their employee's commitment to service unless they get notified by us.... "The Customer"

SO I CHALLENGE EVERYONE! IF YOU GET SERVICE THAT YOUR NOT HAPPY WITH, PICK UP THAT TELEPHONE & CALL THAT PERSONS SUPERIOR!

Make sure you get the name of the employee who didn't serve you properly....

It makes it so much easier to get the issue corrected or the employee terminated if they don't their ways.

I'm not ashamed to call in.... I do it every time I get crappy service.... I also do it when I get awesome service

    HFC Thanks this.

That is one of my pet peeves. A cashier on the phone or has a friend standing there talking to them about nothing. I tell them, I will wait til you are done and can help me. It gets their attention real quick.
