Been working for US for about 3 months. Ongoing battle with pay rate! If you work for US you had better check your settlement sheet with a "fine tooth comb". Talked with payroll on a weekly basis only to be assured that it was now correct. Wrong! If you have problems on the road and (we all do) you have a better chance of getting through to NASA than your FM. UNbelievable! Even messages on the truck pc are slowly if ever answered and did I mention the truck pc rarely work?
I am a patient person and know that sometimes things happen but this is only getting worse. I am seriously considering giving up. Just wondered if anyone else has these issues or maybe I'm an exception?
Is it just me?

Nope. Not just you. I lasted 8 months with that
dysfunctional bunch of morons. I didn't realize how poorly organized they are until I got on with a company like where I am now. It truly amazes me how they survive.

i find weekend and night fm to be a waste always try to have your normal fm take care of things, As far as rate I have had no problems, The driver tech does have issues sometimes it hangs up . sending another message helps also rebooting works. As check your out box sometimes it does not even send. If you see a red box with ax thru it you have to reboot and resend.

when you say truck pc do you mean driver tech or the gps

I worked there for a few months and did have much problems , they did like the give me a new FM every 3 days or so LoL
But watch yourself I signed into their trainer program worst mistake ever. One of my students hit a FIRETRUCK ( not kidding ) that was code red. They not only blamed her but me as well. Then they put on my DAC I was at fault for it. They ended up firing me after words but who knows. Now every once in a while I get a call asking me to come back and work for them.
