whats a mentor?

 

A trainer. Some companies call them mentors.

 

janitor= Environmental Engineer
grass mower= Landscape Specialist
car salesman= Sales Consultant
mentor= Drivers Trainer
cook= Chef
assembly= Technician

and so on........same job; fancy title.

you get 400 during orientation and start at 25 cents. if you want a mentor you might want to ask if you can bring your own.

lol...... bring your own! can't until after your 90 probation! Oh and 200 of that 400 gets taken out on your first paycheck.

 

You get $100 on the first day of orientation, then $100 on the next monday (while still in orientation) then you get $200 (with taxes taken out this time) after you finish orientation. Orientation is 10 days, and then you go solo you DO NOT go out with a trainer here at W/S. Then you get .25cpm for your first 90 days then it goes up to .27cpm.

i presume the .25/.27 per figures include a tuition reimbursement payment?

 

Tuition reimbursement is paid out at $100.00 a month beginning after your 90 day probation. That's if your school is on the approved list.
