thinking about jumping ship

Do they have you teaming ? that was the main reson I did not go with them at first I wanted a solo truck

 

No they dont force teaming in PA.

 

thats good, how does the training program work ? how long? how many miles? just curious

 

I am doing solo regional then dedicated.

 

How long does their training go on for?

 

4 days of orientation then 150 hours behind the wheel.

 

Does anyone know if they force team in GA?

 

you have to call recruiting and ask them that's who told me.

 

They may for student drivers but I hear from a couple of sources that you don't make many miles with solo driving, the way to go with Xpress is dedicated or teams but you never know until you sign on and its to late
