I was terminated from the American Red Cross once I was put on short term disability for non work related joint pain. I didn't qualify for FMLA at the time.

what part of the country do you live in? I would definitely wait it out if all possible, CRST does not sound like a good deal, having to pay them back for all that stuff and only running team.

Only thing I've seen is you might have to get a couple of non relatives to vouch for your periods of unemployment.

Terminated: Yes Without proper cause: Yes. Long story, but the state agreed with me and I have been collecting unemployment. To answer all the next questions. I did inform Central and why.
I can't guarantee this, but they just want to make sure you weren't goofing off and calling it "unemployed" I had to have two letters stating I was unemployed and the state faxed them my unemployment benefit records.
Being a stay at home mom should not disqualify her. -
You were not unemployed. You were self employed as a Homemaker.
