    Like Sully said - your 14 is the easy part. It's watching your 11 (driving time) that can be hard if you're not paying attention. If you are logging each stop (breaks etc.) you can keep up with it pretty easy. I have a garmin GPS but dont use it for logging or managing my time. I have a timer app that I have on my IPhone and set it at the start of my day and just watch it closely as I am driving.

    I try to not drive more than about 8 to 9 hrs a day so I dont use up all m hrs too fast - sometimes based on the load - I have to run more but not too often if you plan your trips well.

    Trip planning is a must - I spend about 30 minutes once I get my load info before I ever move the truck. Before I leave I know which route I am taking, where fuel stops are along the way, where I will stop for the night and have exact directions to my customer. Very seldom do I defer from my plan. But that's just me!

    Millis denied my app unfortunately. Does anybody know what could be the reason? I don't have a criminal or accident history. In the last three years, I have only had one job and that job was only for 1.5 years. Could that be why?

    Could be the reason , many places are passing over applicants that have lapse in employment
