what type of drug test did they do??? If it urine then there really is no way to change it but if it was hair then that is a different story..If they did ac as hair strand test and it came back positive it will not go on your dac as a failed drug screen it will go on your dac as that you didnt meet there qualifications..The hair test is not the standard test that is used so if ya went that route your fine to go to another company.. Hopefully we wont be dealing with this issue much longer..The AMA just voted a few weeks ago to reverse there position on medical cannabis and they voted .....YES!!!! yahhh. I believe that within the next 2 years we will no longer see it as a schedule one drug and I believe that NIDA will take it off the list of things to test for...

It's some cruel people on this site, just because a person failed a drug screen you want to kick him when he's down, people act like they never made a mistake before, sounds like you were a mistake when you were born, a person can get back into the driver's seat it will just take a while of being drug free, time will tell if he has learned his lesson, alcohol is a drug too, weed has never killed as many people as alcahol has, if alcohol was illeagal over half the industry would be screwed.

While I support the legalization / decriminalization of marijuana, right now the law states that ALCOHOL is legal and WEED is not. Those are the laws and you have to abide by them. That's the difference.
Now if they both become legal, and he does it, and gets fired, I'd agree with you. But in this career field right now, you professionals should know better than to dabble into illegal drugs.CondoCruiser Thanks this.
