    I see you are a "student".....what does your MVR look like? Was the CDL school you went to credible? How old are you (too young?)?

    You need to give more information.....be a little clearer.....don't be scared.

    lol, I'm 27, my MVR is fine, I'm applying for their training school to acquire my CDL, now my background on the other hand...has a hickup when I was 17, 10 years ago but I was sentenced under First Offender so technically there was never an adjudication of guilt. Anything else I can explain? oh, and I've been trying for a few days to reach the recruiter I spoke with, with no results.

    At age 17, UNLESS you were charged as an adult, BYlaw they cannot have acess to your Juvinill(sp) record.

    exactly......thats the thing...i wasss charged as an adult. it really sucks cuz that was so long ago....and i plead first offender for a reaosn...yet it still haunts me. I got my fingers crossed. I hope they give me a chance. Ive prayed really hard about it

    OK, you now have us curious. Exactly what was the offense (if you don't mind saying)? Some are frowned upon worse (like drugs, assault, etc.) than others.
