No, Con-way has 5 terminals.
They are in:
Joplin, MO (Main Terminal)
Taylor, MI
West Memphis, AR
Lancaster, TX
Laredo, TX
They also have quite a few "yards" (aka "droplots").
Some that I can think of offhand:
Kansas City, KS
El Paso, TX
Nogales, AZ
Atlanta, GA
Pocahontas, IL
Calexico, CA
Otey Mesa, CA
(I know there are others but I can't remember them atm)
They also let drivers from areas that are not near a truckload terminal or yard park at Con-way Freight terminals if they get permission ahead of time. (Sorry don't know locations for those yards but they are EVERYWHERE it seems like)
If you are asking because of hiring reasons, even if they don't have anything in your area doesn't mean you can't work for them, they hire from most parts of the U.S.
Hope that helped some

Thanks Katey. CWTL is on the top of my list, I just upgraded my cdl to A class and I am looking to go over the road. I live in north Jersey and I do believe cw freight has a yard somewhere up here just don,t know where, Good to know they whould let you park. Thanks again Katey.

Freight has terminals in Carlstadt, Newark, South Plainfield, and Rockaway in Northern New Jersey.. I know CWTL does park at some of our terminals but those ones are extremely tight on space so I wouldn't count on it - especially Newark and Carlstadt.. Wouldn't hurt to check if you need to though..

Thanks for the info. I live in Pequannock so it would be between Rockaway & Carlstadt. Can anybody give me any updated info on orientation in Joplin,Mo.
-
I haven't made it that far yet or I would. I am going to school through them starting in late Jan. unless something comes up. I have been riding on one of their trucks as a passenger for 2 years though so I know some of the basics about other stuff.
All I know for sure at this point about orientation is that anyone who doesn't go to crowder college through con-way will be sent to crowder for a 1 week "boot camp" and then on to orientation. Haven't been able to find much on the orientation itself yet though

we have a TL driver parks at our terminal. and we are small. 36 doors.

Hey Kebo what terminal you out of???
-
Oh btw, you don't have to park at a terminal, yard, or CW freight yard. If you get it approved (and have the room to safely and legally do so) you can take your truck home. Another option is to get the closest truck stop to your house approved. Thats what we do. We have a Love's on the same exit as our house approved, all we had to do was provide the managers name, a telephone number, and the address of the truck stop.

No doubt.. We have about 300 doors here and I've noticed CWTL parking here.. I'm telling you though that XCV and XNJ are stupid tight and it isn't gonna happen alright.. Northern NJ is not Southern Va dude.. I've been to the Roanoke and Richmond terminals - they have nothing in common with Newark or Carlstadt dude other than the sign out front..
