That may be a factor as well age along with short employment history
wulfman75 Thanks this. -
Do they hire out of MA? could be out their hiring range.
Their site said they are hiring for MA.
Well he's only 21, might be the only job he's had.
Yes it was. They can't consider the fact that most 21 year olds don't have a long employment history? I mean granted, I was going to school between the ages of 16-19. It's not possible to have a stable work record because of school. -
Not sure why they did not hire i know we deliver alot up to that area of Ma only thing that i can think of is they have been getting flooded with applications for a while now. They can pretty much pick and choose who they hire for the most part right now

Danny sorry I didn't respond to ur PM prior to u getting the news. My experience has been very positive.
I think their minimum hiring age is 23. Check their website to be sure. U can trust what the recruiter tells u. At Millis. I would call them and ask why app was declined. They're easy to talk with. If u want u can send another PM and ill try to get back to u sooner. Best of luck. -
i checked out the site and it says age 21 w/ 12 mos work experience and they hire in mass. I though I heard age 23 somewhere. have you had 3 moving violations in 3 yrs? I'd definately call them and please let us know how it goes. Could be just poor timing and 2 mos from now your in. Here's their page with qualifications:

You also - I really enjoy meeting everyone. It's amazing what I learn from everyone! -
I appreciate that. I have no clue what I am doing but try to shoot things as they really are. I got some good video of the snow these past few days so should have that up soon!
We have fuel books that list all the fuel stops we can use. We use Pilot's. Flying J's and T/A. So you always check the book to ensure that location is listed in the book as approved.
I plan my route with my Atlas and then see how that looks with my GPS. I dont use the GPS as my only method. You'll learn good places to stop also and I keep a log/list of all customers and places I stop so I can just refer to them when planning.
Just a tip - keep a detailed log/list of locations so you have them when needed. I can tell you (using my listing) which customers have parking, no parking, which t/s are good/bad or other wise. As well as good places to eat.
I think when we talked - it was due to where you lived if I remember correctly. I do run some freight out of there but not a lot.wulfman75 Thanks this. -
do they let you idle the truck, back in the 90's it was no big deal, but today is differant
