Hopefully it means they will get rid of the Buncomb yard. Or at the very least, put someone in charge that will get their act together. otherwise....it will be a POS too.
They claim to be at 700 now.We were told they expected to lose 20% of their best drivers, due to CSA scores when it went into effect. Time will tell, and I'm seeing a LOT of empty trucks.
They could put 20 DM per driver, and we would still be ###### up. Logistics is weak here, to say the least. That's their weakest area I feel.
Know what they're doing ?? Such as "omitting" service from the computer records, to cover their own ### in the event the same issue pops up again and again and again.
I still like working here...despite my cryin.

Update for you... I heard today.
The USA terminal buyout is BS. -
Update for you as well via inter-office email. USA terminal is being called I20 facility. Some USA mechanics will be staying and joining Tango. Buncombe yard will be moved to I20 facility. Current truck count is 622 as of 9/17.

Yup...heard that, again this week. Both sides.
One saying done deal, other saying....still in the air, deal not inked.
Until the big orange sign goes up....I remain neutral.trucker43 Thanks this. -
we gave them a call today but had to come here and see what the positive/negative is being said about them.
do you know any teams that are working here and if they are happy with the miles? -
I know a team running fed-ex dedicated out of houston and LOVE it!! they run 5 to 6k a week, 3 weeks out and a week off. -
Hey ship which side of town do you live on? I'm down here on the south side in Stonewall. I live close to a guy that used to drive for Tango for atleast a couple year's but quit and went to work for Specialty Trackhoe. If your still employed with Tango do they let you take the truck to the house and what is an weekly average paycheck look like with them? I'm trying to get into hauling saltwater with one of these local drilling companies but it's tough trying to get on with them. I haven't applied to no one out in Minden yet because that's to far to drive to work and I'm not crazy about the idea of moving around the Minden area.

Another company I almost went with. I am happy at Jones but these folks seemed on the level to me. Be well all!

I see Tango has hung the sign on the old USA terminal.

Well, I know I'm turned off for the fact of automatic truck's but also the mad amount of sitting time at paper mills. I am well aware of the waiting time at the mill in Carmel, LA. (about 20-25 minutes from me). I've sat in that #### place more time's than I care to have and on several occasion's sat there for better than a 24 hour period and due for home time.
