I've reviewed company websites and their "driver qualifications" listed, and have seen (for example) "no more than 3 tickets in 2 years" or "2 accidents in 3 years.", etc.. When I called a recruiter, I heard "oh no, We don't accept anyone with 2 violations in the past 5 years" or some other response. It would be "nice" if these companies updated their true requirements so as not to waste either party's time.

 

See what I mean? Schneider recruiter told me "any in 5 years"! WTH?

 

Update a website? That would take a whole maybe 5 minutes tops!

It is pretty lame that they can't update their sites to reflect their current requirements. Right now the companies can be a lot pickier due to the number of drivers looking for work.
