Rumble??? But you are... not a very good one but you are a Trainer@ Prime or you were, what is the average kength of time your trainees stay with you till they request a new trainer or quit? If they make it thru with you do they stay@ Prime very long?

 

Ahh, don't pay any attention to what others say about our co. If you are personally happy here, let it be and enjoy what we have.... Just my $.02

yeah dude considering you have worked here like a week might be a little soon to start arguments about it. in theory what he says sounds reasonable, but i dont know i havent mowed down too many little old ladies and school children yet. well none i thought needed to be reported anyway.

 

We know you didnt stay long at Prime... couldnt handle the training... but thats an old argument... you got smacked around so much on that thread you had to change your name.

Reefer Div Company Driver of the Month. Guess Im doing something right.... as to my Trainees you can ask Emton... I trained him and he has been on his own about 13 months now. Ive got another that just went solo about 3 months ago... he went L/O right out of the gate against my advice, yet hasnt complained to me yet.

The ones that didnt complete training... One quit cause he missed his girlfriend after 2 weeks, another I kicked off my truck (at the terminal) after a week of "non-participation"... I probably would have dropped you off in the middle of no-where.
