I gave the option of Swift, Werner, and CR England to get attention, lol In all seriousness I really want to know between P.A.M or Prime Inc.

None of them are good, but like I always say, dont go with Werner. The turnover rate is higher there then any of the others for a reason.

"Werner Trucking: A more vile hive of scum and villainy would be very hard to find."

Hey 209... Go with the company you're the most comfortable with. You've talked to them, you've talked to some of their drivers (?), you're cool with how they operate and train.... go with your favorite and don't leave it up to a poll where some guys could care less where you go...

Experience is key...I am going with PAM like I said earlier just to gain experience. I will say this though I may have a harder time in a year or so getting a job because I will be driving an automatic. Think about things like this also. I can honestly when at the stage of the game like we are there is no wrong choice. We have no experience what else can we do.

Big companies are never the answer. Dont think it matters which one ya go to, you're gonna get treated just the same.

not necessarily, one single company can have various experiences from various drivers. the variables are endless starting with yourself, your dispatcher, luck of the draw, etc etc etc etc:yes2557:
