What phones have the ability for voice dialing where you don't have to 'touch' the phone 1st?
My iphone can voice-dial but I have to press a button to make it listen for the voice before it will work.

My motorola Entice has voice capability. My bluetooth headset Motorola H17 does it. You hit the call button and it asks what to do.
Say call dispatch and it confirms and makes the call. -
Years ago he was more a conservative. But he had some opinions that were wierd. He believed he should have a say on a person's thoughts.
After a few years in Washington he became more toward the liberal leaning.
After a few more, he was pathetic.
When Obama picked him for his current position, I knew we were in trouble because he never has been a supporter of trucks. -
It doesn't bother me too much for the government to come up with these stupid rules, as I will ignore them anyway....the gov't can't enforce this sort of a rule....they don't have the resources and will just want people to follow the stupid law because they made it....sorry Charlie...ain't gonna happen.
You can't fix stupid...so I just ignore it.

Eagle Eye, I am still laughing at that one.....#### it man.
I will say right now, if you see a SNI truck blow its horn when it goes by you and you jump, it is because you are holding your fricken phone to your ear, going about 45 or 50 mph and swirving. You drivers that use handsfree, great..that is better. I tell you though, I see more drivers with the phone to there ear than a person would think. And don't get me started on driving through a parking lot, backing into a spot or heavy traffic. Comeon,,,how can they call a truck driver a professional that drives with a phone to his ear in heavy traffic and while parking??? You can't, period! One more thing, lets take off the headsets before we leave the truck,,,, and when your at the counter buying something, end the call! Some drivers are so dang dissrespectful towards others and expect everyone to show them respect...LOL yeah, right
All that being said, I don't want the gov. regulating anything.
There isn't anyone that can honestly say that a person can drive and talk on the phone safely. It would just be a lie and those that believe that lie, I pray dont learn the hard way that it is a lie.

Many State's have this law already in effect. Just like the no texting laws while in motion.
