First, how do you set the pp to go to your phone, I would love that.

Second, They had me delivering a load to houston on the night of the 23rd, I called my terminal to double check they had an immediate load from there to home so I can make xmas. they said we will look into it, 10 minutes later I had a t-call notice. So I am home now, Made me pretty happy, someone is trying to do there best to get us home.

You can set it up through the Kiosk, if you can find one that works, or through the Swift Driver Portal on your home computer. They just updated the system so that it now gives P/U and Del dates and times as well as cities.

so its the companies fault you didnt hear the qualcomm, or your cell phone? Do they need to send another driver out to your truck to knock on your sleeper to wake you up? just bustin your nuts.....

but yeah, you can also send a message into your DM if you're nowhere near a kiosk that you want to set it up to get text msgs on your cell regarding preplans. You still have to accept or decline them over your QC...but it is a nice little tool.

your DM will need your cell # and your carrier....then they'll send a test text (say that fast 10 times) and you're all set up.

I am sitting in Wytheville VA and heading to South Boston to get a load to deliver to Springfield MO. I am getting low on hours. Looks like I will be home on Christmas, leave early for 5am delivery Monday.

I ended up going to Zanesville OH, delivering. The up to Canton to deliver to Bluefield VA tonight.

    Merry Christmas

i'm finally home. took me over half my day to drive 150 miles. the highway i took into iowa totally SUCKED...but once i got to I-80, it was wet. then the closer i got to NE iowa, the road crews 'lost' the road, and it started getting snow covered again. BUT...i'm home...taking a well deserved 2 days off.
