    i worked for knight for bout two years and made the most money behind the wheel i ever have...the only reason i left was because i finally found a local gig...if not for that i would still be there.

    So is this something they do on company time, or something they do on their own time. If they atract someone on an anonymous website how do they get credit or paid for that recruit?

    I don't want to come across as a smart### but 2400-3000 miles a week is not an average, it's a range. An average is the total miles/weeks= single number. Example week#1 2700 week#2 3100 week#3 1900 week#4 2800 would equal a four week average of 2625.
