You are not very bright are you. The many people that post on here are the guys that didnt disclose something upon their attempt to become a driver. And then because of their shortcomings,or their lack of discipline in able to acclimate themselves to the system, suddenly its Stevens fault that they were not able to make the cut.You cant get a true picture of any company on these sights.Any major carrier the size of a Stevens Transport is gonna have a ton of negatives on this sight.Nature of the beast. If you want some of the best training in the business, there is none better than Stevens Transport. And know Im not a recruiter, trainer yes.One year at Stevens Transport and recruiters from other companies are gonna fall all over themselves to hire you. Why,because the drivers in this company recieve the best training available on OTR driving. We are what we are,a training company. But Im very happy here, doing what Im doing.Stevens is a good fit for me.They have been very good to me.It is what you make of it,and how you conform. If you have trouble conforming, and doing what you are asked to do,go somewhere else.

    Note to Stevens:

Notify recruiters, nationwide, let them know how well trained your students are.

Because, believe me, it is a well kept secret !!!!!

Another bitter wanna be that can't qualify for Stevens.
I've been with Stevens just short of 3 years.
They have been purely professional, above board and honest with me the entire time.
I had recruiters (and still have) start contacting me at about 9 months.
In each case I asked why and how they contacted me. Each said they were always trying to snag a Stevens driver because they are trained so well, are safe and reliable.
I have been around this industry since double stick cabovers. I choose to stay with Stevens because I KNOW what is out there. I've been there.
So just because you can't cut the mustard, or you're afraid to try...don't bad mouth a company you know NOTHING about.

    Dryver Thanks this.

I would recommend anyone that is serious about a trucking career, is willing to apply themselves and look to their future, to try Stevens.
Especially in these days of CSA 2010.

It IS well known in the industry that Stevens drivers that have completed all the training and have worked with the Stevens system for a year are prime candidates for hiring. Safety, reliability and taking care of the equipment are all top of their lists. Again '123456', you show your ignorance.
