Thank you all, I don't know what'd I do without y'all to encourage me.

Grandad will have two daughters, a son in law and three grandsons to watch over him. Plus my fleet manager is bending over backwards to help us. So I'll be home a great deal. He's trying to run me as a day driver if he can but I told him....just run me like a driver and we'll deal with reality.

Our fleet manager: when we first looked into the fleet we had so many people tell us that this was a bad fleet with a real jerk as the fleet manager. The truth as been simple and we figured it out on day one. You do things his way and you're honest with him. If you do that the man will bend over backwards for you. Plus he takes care of his people. Now if you go in as I've seen some drivers and tell him how you're going to change things, act like an ### and don't care about the fleet he'll boot you right out of there.

Just as it should be....he's the man in charge.
I always LOL when I hear people complain about their boss...more times than not people don't have a #### clue what being the boss is all about or #### tough it can be....it's easy to criticize when they're not the person in charge.
