Prime denies employment for lots of reasons. What is your BMI? You would be disqualified for Prime if your BMI is over 39.

Did they tell you the arrest was the reason? Or did they say at all?

The only person you have to thank is yourself for drinking in public! Once you get your story straight about how long you have been driving then we can answer the DAC question for you. If you have never driven or had a Class A CDL then you do not have a DAC. Of course you also told us you never had an accident and then posted a thread about your accident in your tow truck. Don't blame anyone on this site for the things you do. You are solely responsible for your own well being. As for the information given to you about telling the truth that is the absolute best thing you can do for yourself. Since you have your sites set on working for the mega-carriers most of them have their own private investigators and do extensive background checks on each individual driver. This is due to giving you the driver/stranger a $200,000 rig capable of hauling millions of dollars worth of freight. These companies will find out what color your poop is before in trusting you with their freight and equipment.

usually the application askes for convictions--not arrests--
i wouldnt offer anymore info than that--you werent convicted--no big deal--not lying or anything
lots of people have been arrested for things they havnt committed--doesnt mean they are guilty

Chompi, you need to get your facts straight. I have never been in an accident. my report is CLEAR. I had a ticket for failure to yield that lead to a accident. The ticket was DISMISSED when found NOT guilty.

It says that you cannot have any incarcerations within 4 years.. so I told them when I was incarcerated.

And to whom keep saying it was my fault for being drunk I do no drink, not now not then, not ever.

So instead of fighting it the judge gave me the option to take 10 aa classes and the case would be dismissed. Thats what happend and that is what I did. I took the easy way out. The case was 4 hours away and I didnt feel like traveling there back and fourth for court!

It is not on my record.

    BMI is 31.6
They said because I had to do AA classes even though it is mandatory for everyone that it will disqualify me.

Here is the best ADVICE I can OFFER.

"DO NOT DO WHAT YOUR TOLD TO DO ON THE INTERNET" but then had you been told to hide the OFFENCE and it was found out and you werre denied employment because of it ,then you would be on here complaing anyway.

So you have never been in an accident but yet you have been in an accident. Alrighty then! Not going to argue with you my friend, good luck with that! You have some issues!
