No Sir, I run my own truck(s)
I have two radio's hooked up in here, one is a screamer Connex 43/400
and the other is a "HAMMER" RFX'd 25 Cobra slamming a straight 8 pill DM
    thats nearly 15 years old.
The Connex is hooked to a 10K Predator and the Hammer is hooked to a 102" whip.

I have another RFX'd 25 and 102" whip in my Jeep for play time out in the sticks.

Yes what you say is true....But look at the cover of the amplifier I mentioned
and tell me what you read.....

Im assuming you meant to say a LINEAR amp gives you power?

MODULATOR is made up its a LINEAR amp go look on the FCC ID plate on the amp ( as required by federal law ) if it doesn't have one O'well.

And again if you feel I'm wrong go check the law

    Urban Cowboy,

Again I say go linear, but since you say you have no room to run a linear then get the RFX75 mod. Expect 100 watts give or take. It will get you heard a few more miles, depending on conditions. Also might want to do a few reviews on it. Make sure your SWR is down too.

As of now the range you say you're getting is really good. But this is all I can help you with. Sorry if I can't be of more help.

I must have missed this comment.
Do you even know what a swing kits does-And do you really think that you have to do a bunch of ######## mods to a radio to be heard? I bet you think you have to run a really low dead key ( swing kits ) to get out dont you,LMAO! All of my radios i setup,i use with my mike gain wide open. How far do you have to run yours back to be heard clearly and not squeal through the talk back?
