What we do in school and/or training is never what we do in practice.. there were lots of things taught to me in my Paramedic classes I would never do in real life. Like starting an IV in a car while the patient was extricated is a waste of a perfectly good angio-cath..

I've been playing with the idea of not using the clutch. I don't get much chance at the 10 speeds. We really have three types of 7's. "Shift well" with the clutch(pick them every chance I get),,, "sticks shift" and you have to bounce and I really mean bounce the clutch just to get it out of gear every gear(hate those), and "slammer shift" clutch or not, just push till it grinds in place. (pieces of junk)

Same thing in nursing

It was his left leg though - keeping the clutch pushed in - it evidently was a very stiff clutch - LOL!

I never wanted to be a truck-driver, I always wanted to be...a lumberjack.
This will be lost on anyone who has never heard of Monty Python. I encourage you to search YouTube for the "Lumberjack Sketch". If you don't find it funny, you're already dead.Lady K, notezbngrn71 and 65studebaker Thank this. -
