how many of you smoke?

Well how you doing ND? I had one cigarette yesterday when a smoking friend come over. I bought some Nicorette. That's helping. The urges are tough and I'm coughing a bunch. I been sipping on water and sucking on sugarfree Lifesavers to keep my mouth busy.

 

Still hanging in here. Drinking lots of water is good, it helps to flush out the tobacco toxins in our bodies. The coughing is natural for awile. You will see little brown pieces in the phlegm which is the body cleaning the lungs and air passages.

My brother quit and used lifesavers. He had been off them for 6 months and we were coming down from up North through the Pine Pass when we came across a truck that had run off the road and down an embankment. We stopped to make sure there was no driver trapped inside the truck. We were trying to figure how he went off on a straight stretch. My brothers theory was he was trying to light a cigarette. Mine was the fool was trying to reach his lifesavers.

I always smoked after having sex and since that hasn't been happening, I don't smoke. Miss the sex though......

 

Smoking after sex is usually caused by a lack of lubrication.

 

Ouch! Maybe a bit of KY Jelly? But how would you light it? I'm CORNFUUUZED!

Never smoked in my life. Never saw any appeal. To me it's just gross. I had friends who smoked, but I never joined them. I actually stayed as far away from them as possible when they were doing it.

It's a relfex action for me to gag when I see someone smoking. Like catching someone picking their nose. I can't help it. I've even trained myself to never look inside a passing vehicle in case the driver is smoking.

And the older I get, the worse it is.
