18, 19, and 20 years old, and still not enough common freaking sense to fill a shot glass between them!

Hows about we start by tossing them from the bridge. That might prevent further incidents of items being tossed from bridges. It will also serve as notice to future idiots who think this might be funny, they too could be tossed over as well, if they do it.

Sounds like a workable idea to me. "Let the punishment fit the crime", as they say.

That's what pressure washers are for, Lilbit. Just spray'em off into the berm and let nature take it's course. If ya get'em while their still fresh, shouldn't take more'n an hour or two.

Ah, yes, these scumbags... Don't know if y'all remember the case here in Dago where some kooks tossed a cinderblock off an overpass; the block crashed through a windshield or sunroof and severely injured some hand, altering his life forever. I can't stress this enough: if you know some p.o.s. doin' this, tell the scumbag to knock it off, unless that scumbag wants to catch some time, just like the trash who were eventually caught here in Dago. Just because some scumbag gets away with it for the time being, doesn't mean the scumbag won't be caught later. These kooks need to be charged hard, with serious prison terms in the offing, so they learn to never hurl objects from an overpass again, as severe consequences result.

One of the ways that Minnesota has found to prevent things from being tossed over is to install chain link fencing in the shape of a tunnel over the pedestrian walkway.
