Rotten excuse for a ##### extension.
Nothing but problems.
If you want a mud bogger get a real bogger.
If you want a pickup get a pickup.
One is not suitable for highway use the other gets stuck in mud.
I have a stock pickup 4dr 2wd V8(small) auto with posi.
It will tow my race car.
It will tow my small 5th wheel.
It gets me back and forth to work 50 miles a day reasonably economically.
I can drive circles around most in the snow and it has never gotten stuck.
It rides very nice and is fast enough to keep me happy.
That big black thing wont do any of that worth a crap.

 

someone f---ked up a nice truck, but with that lift and tires you are going to be replacing u joints all the time. With the torque that the Powerstrokes have and trying to turn them tires will be destruction on the clutch and tranmission

How do you figure blue book for a 7.3 to only be around 6k?Theres no way

 

Because that is what it is worth. It is 12 years old. The guy is trying to get sentimental value out of it not what it is actually worth. It is too tall to be good for anything and now a ##### ugly mess. All coming from a Ford guy. I used to have an '02 F-350. Very nice and in better shape. Useful as all get out. That thing is useless. I highly doubt he gets the mileage he claims with the truck in the shape it is.

 

I wasnt giving no credit for it being lifted or anything i hate lifted trucks,I have an 01 powerstroke theres no way in hell you will find a 7.3 powerstroke in good condition for around 6k it wont happen.

 

I wouldn't buy a car on ebay in the first place.

 

yeah like stated above no way he gets that mileage. plus trying to replace tires that big gets really expensive. they look nice sitting on a showroom floor and turn heads when you drive it but other then that they arent any good. be better off getting a stock truck putting 31" tires on it and leaving it at that.
