Money and greed are going to dictate how drivers are hired and fired. If the large companies ascertain that it is cheaper for them to keep training/hiring new drivers and it is too expensive to keep their experienced drivers then these companies will primarily be revolving doors for drivers. These companies do not care about American families or the livelihood of drivers. They are about making as much money as possible for the owners/corporate CEOs.
-
Of course, just as drivers don't care anything about what is good for the company. Chacun son truc.
The world's a ####hole, ain't it?
-
Drivers with less experience will have less points in general, since they haven't run the miles to have been inspected often.
CSA won't change much of that.
Insurance companies would have to set higher premiums for for those types of drivers - for us to see any impact.
The closer you look at it, it seems to be "designed" to exit more veterans off the road - for all the draconian point amounts for simple things. -

No its not you....that guy has a hair piece that would scare any scale master.....
