Things started out brown and smelly, but the last two weeks are changing all of that! Have two job offers in the bin, with a third in work, and actually had to turn one down because I could not make their hiring event! The main one is the job I wanted to begin with, fixing F/A-18's for the Marines, so I'll be staying on 4 wheels for the near future! Thanks for all of the insight and advice while I was researching the trucking industry!

    Cheers,
Twiz...still an Airframer, after all these years!:biggrin_25525:

I don't know where you've been but I've seen many of aircraft that needed depot level work. Pride in that job?? I suppose you'd rather be the contractor gouging the government?

Trucks don't need fixed. Cars don't need fixed. Everything mechanical runs forever and ever and ever.

Anybody that gives support to the military, gives support to this country.

Somebody needs to parachute you in to Afghanistan and when that aircraft picks you up, you might think differently. Us veterans and current military appreciate what he does.

No pride?? Evidently you haven't served or done anything to protect this country.

Good deal Twitzer! A person needs to enjoy what they do for a living. Good Luck!

So you've flown airplanes then? Because I have, and not for nothing but it looks as though you know as much about aircraft maintenance as you do about spelling and grammar . :biggrin_25517:
