I have an acquaintance who is with Arrow Trucking. He graduated C-1 in June of 2006. He went with Arrow then left after one week out with the trainer because he didn't like him . Went with Gainey. This time was out for 2 weeks and left. He didn't like something about them. He drove for a local company for about 2 months and was let go because he was rude to the customers. He was amazingly allowed to go back to Arrow who said he had enough "experience" so as not to have to go out with a trainer.
Now with only 3 months of driving time with them, he tells me Arrow asked him if he wanted to become a trainer! :smt101 Either he is pulling my leg or Arrow has really lost it! What are your opinions on what should qualify a driver to become a trainer?
