I have an 04 W900L that has started to ride ruff. The front has 7 leafs packs, is there a conversion kit so I could install a monoleaf? Airride? Both? Just put new kingpins, shocks and tires on, next step are springs and shackles. Just want to know if I could make it better before I buy stock parts.:biggrin_2558:

i would make sure the shocks are the right ones and see if one or both the tires are not defective if it started when you did this.

It's been progressively getting worse, the springs are wore out along with the shakle pins.

i would try the shocks/spring pins and bushings--springs them selves seldom wear out--break yes --i have driven w-9's with well over 1 million miles and still original springs

I would make sure the spring pins will take grease and are not froze up.

When I had my COE K100, I put on a set of "KONI" adjustable shocks and it was the smoothest riding COE I ever drove. My buddies all had conventionals at the time and when they rode with me they couldn't beleive how smooth it rode.

Contact Scott Cornett at Lite Flex for a set of composite springs. I'm not sure if they make them for the W9, but it would be worth checking on.
