Why didn't they just make an "anchor baby" and be done with it?

Not true. And because she is married to a US Citizen no longer in the game, I have 1st hand experince at this. Im like the other hand, If it was my wife, everything would be sold in minute and I would join my wife!

anchor baby doesnt help either--the baby is a us citizen that is all
i have the anchor baby the anchor step family anchor house anchor taxes --and still have to go thru every little step just to be a landed immigrant
i have even had ins say"why dosnt your family just move to canada--would be easier and cheaper"
hmmm if they could talk my wife into it i wouldnt have any problems with it---got nice open spot on a hill over looking a small creek--just begging to have a house on it

wow- it is amazing the misconceptions that people have about immigration -legal that is. US immigration when you do it the right way is not an agency you want to mess around with.

The same for so called "trusted nations", as it is also much harder for them to get a foothold on citizenship these days.

As an acquaintance of mine from Switzerland can attest.

A productive, law abiding, US tax paying, legal resident for over 10 years working in import/export.

But because their employer is Swiss based, and not US based, not considered a viable employer/sponsor.

i get a laugh when everybody says about the mexicans "why dont they just immigrate legally "?
cause it is #### hard--not impossible but very hard to do
    and very expensive
i am having a very hard time doing it--taking forever--and all i want to do is to be able to live with my family--i dont even want to drive for a us company--(sorry but the wages are way to low)----i just want to be able to come and go and pay my taxes

Comments like this are completely uncalled for and should be kept to yourself.

Flip the tables and ask yourself if you'd want some unpleasant individual on the internet making the same comments about YOUR wife.

Does being from the most illerate state in the union (Mississippi) justify a D.A. Truck Driver ignoring the laws reqarding US/Canadian Customs ?

    Poor Man's Truck Wash. Rain
    Poor Man's Chome. Duct tape

Poor Man's DIVORCE. Bring your undocumented wife to Canada

i think they are screwed big time--she would probabely get a 5 yr ban from reentry and all the work they did getting her work authorization is down the drain, cause when she crossed border with out travel documents--her claim is stamped as forfeited or abandoned
next she will probabely get deported from canada cause she wont have a visa
probabely be cheaper and easier for him to just get a new wife

I don't know about elsewhere, but our factories and fields are full of illegals. Been this way for years. Nobody does anything about it.
Looking on Google, there's an estimated 20 million illegals in this country by some. Even if that's not correct, it's still a huge amount. They got across the borders somehow.

I think MT Pockets has it right. If the guy cared anything about his wife, he would of joined her in Canada.

    MT Pockets Thanks this.
