You think I'm a scrappy little thing or something?:biggrin_255::biggrin_255:

Add 'Folks, the pole isn't gonna turn green too' or 'You waiting for a hand written invitation?'

Most of the rest of what I say can't really be posted since it would just show up as ####!:biggrin_2559::biggrin_2559:

I'm not a driver yet - but have had LOTS of stress in my life... what I do is take some ME time... 5-10 minutes to breath and not think about anything at all... some might even call it 'meditation'... it does help to 'reset' the stress-o-meter... probably not practical while driving - but can be done at a rest/truck stop.

LOL - I would do that while riding my motorcycle - and when I get strange looks I would remember I don't have any windows/doors so others could hear everything I was saying - LOL :biggrin_25523:

Why stress over anything you have no control over? My wife stays stressed out. I swear she's so stressed on a calm day if you poke her she hits high C like a violin!
I've seen drivers pounding on the steering wheel and I watched a driver hit the dash so hard he cracked it then got fired for it!

    Temper Temper!

ME: I keep it simple! KISS: I know that if I write what I always say you'll see #### it! The first word starts with that f letter followed by it! Thats right screw it as it doesn't matter! I freak out the nurses when I go in for any of the operations and other stressful tests I go through because I just f it or forget it! My BP stays around the 115-125/ 80 mark even before they push the plunger to put me under! Stress is controable by that grey mass between your ears and not worrying about anything no matter how bad it is does you no good!
WHY? Why stress out over this job? Do you want to be found 3 days later dead because you stressed so hard you amped out? Heart attack? Stroke? This job , the dispatchers, bosses, shippers, receivers, brokers, 4 wheelers and police/DOT isn't worth the BP going through the roof of your head!
    F-IT!
    #### IT!
Try a little of that bio feedback and leave the stress behind you!

And that lights not going to get any greener, but lets wait to see if they changed it ok!

Ah yes. and if you hit them just right you can play a little song thumping the tandems. I've tried to play "Mary had a little lamb" and "Twinkle twinkle little star" during PTIs.

After reading through the thread I see that most of you aren't all that stressed, me personally I find driving as a stress reliever, but what if you pulling a suicide wagon, or a bottle?
