like this morning im 15 mins into my shift and one of my drivers calls me and says i have been lost for hours. i look and see how far he is from his final and he is 17 miles from his final, before i could even say anything to him he says can i get this load re scheduled until monday ? im like huh

then i have the owner op who was at and still is at our corporate headquarters terminal and was assigned a 600 mile load to allentown pa or in that area. driver sent me a message sayin give me a load out west give me a long load out west and i mean now. i said sir you have been assigned a load going to pa, please confirm your load. driver says listen here "boy" im been here for 8 yrs i know whats goin on give this trashy load to a low life company driver and give me my dam load out west now.
i said ok sir you are being taken off the load for load refusal and i am going to consider bringing you in here to talk to me and my ops mgr about the way you have sent messages on the qual com, so if you reply choose your words wisely unfortunately driver now wont be assigned a load until this monday
