yes owner ops can turn down loads, but almost all of them dont understand the policy, owner ops immediatley think there is a form of retaliation against them if they turn down a load, but that is not the case at all. if they turn down a load they are automatically put at the bottom of the waiting list for a load, to give the other owner op or company driver a chance to get a load that is waiting in line. yes it would be great if all drivers would have "good" attitudes but they dont. alot of o/o do say ill just wait i dont want the load. thats there choice. it really makes the convo go so much better if both parties can have a civil conversation and talk it out.Jarhed1964 Thanks this.

Who still uses AS400 these days. I think you need an upgrade.

HAHAHAHAHAHA yeah thats always a way to get what you want, be rude and discourteous. that ALWAYS works what a friggin idiot hahaha i bet he wish's he took that load to PA.
