Driving for Target

I know for a fact Target has some driver positions in the SE. I saw a Volvo VNL64T430 that had Target on the door pulling a target trailer at the I-75 rest stop thats by the scales N. of Wildwood FL.

i live about 5 miles from a dc in Dekalb ,IL but i never paid any attention to who is pulling for them

the next time im over that way i will drive by and check it out

 

i went over by the dc today and took a look
seen a bunch of Hogan trucks, a few JB Hunt and a few UPS Freight trailers inside the fence

 

its hogan and ruan at dekalb terminal.

 

Target is phasing out their fleet.. The INdianapolis DC is one of the last to have a fleet of any size.. Werner now handles most with Hall Brothers comeing in 2nd. Werner has a dispatcher on site and is able to move loads a lot cheaper then target can it own trailers

 

last i knew that dc in indiana was union target employees. i know if you mention union at any other target dc, you will be shown the door!!!
