PGT vs Maverick Specialized/Glass division

Hmm I am in the same boat as you ..kind of, what would you be hauling out of PGT if you start with them? and what was promised to you?

Do you have you passcard or passport to go into canada with maverick?

I stay in jersey also.

 

PGT is a pretty good place to work as for Maverick I've heard good but never worked there.

 

I spoke to a lady on the phone i believe her name is Traci. To tell you the truth she wasn't very helpful kind of snobby and makes me not want to even go with maverick, if that's the type of attitude they are going to have there. The only reason why I was considering maverick was from the review's on this board but personally i have no connection's or disconnection's with them.

I spoke to one person from PGT and basically told him the straight out truth on my circumstances same thing I spoke to the recruiter on the maverick side, the recruiter at PGT he was sounding more convincing on helping me out knowing my circumstances and that caught my attention and made me not shy away from the phone conversation. I feel we all are human beings not some sort of super sayan and we all make mistakes and if you can find that right person, company what ever the case might be to help you correct those mistakes or make that better person into the best person then that would be that one someone, company or what ever the case might be that could work with you to try or will get you on your feet if your willing. I feel if a employer could do that focus on helping those that are really truly wanting the help money can be made on both end's. I'm not looking to run into a mill factory like where they just bring a pack of cows and slaughter them I want to be treated with dignity and respect and I will show the same back towards my employer.

But this is all just my own opinion. But at the same time I am me and the only person that is going to take care of you is yourself so I go for what my gut instinct tells me.

Maverick told me other wise about the passport they said i needed to have my passport before i even entered their facility (another turn off). I'm not really in the mood to be running around for passports any how I don't really care so much to be running canada or mexico I believe they should have a set of dedicated runners and should make it a choice if the employee would want to take it that route.

I been doing this for a while I just been off for 2 years. I know the good and the bad when it comes to this line of field, but #### right from the door acting obnoxious on the phone just for asking a few question's lol at least let me wet my feet then act like a prick with me when i'm getting the check's HA! ttyl brother
