Let me understand this, you just finished with your trainer and you failed your road test? did your trainer teach you anything at all>
-
Need more info, did you fail it? how bad?
Run a curb, or wreck?
And yes, what did your trainer teach you? -
I was told that I would pass my road test as long as I didn't scare the examiner, and it was just about that easy.
popmartian Thanks this. -
I know a company in Sprinfield Mo that makes drivers qualify using a Computer Simulator to do the road test. That way they can determine if your a Clown or King of the road!
Move to Mexico, they don't require road test! -
The question is very simple. Did anyone fail their road test and was able to get another job driving a truck. And if they did get a job how did they do it. Reason I ask is because trucking companies put negative items on your dac wwhen you fail the road test. Thus makeing it difficult for you to get back in trucking
-
The answer is very simple,Don't fail your road test.
-
They will put it on the DAC if you had an accident, during a road test or any other time.
An accident makes all the difference.
When I started, a few trainees failed the first road test (ran a curb) - then passed on the second attempt.
Company policy will vary. -
thats not the answer im looking for. The one im looking for is from someone that failed the road test and returned to trucking. Obviously you passed so you shoudnt be commenting only viewing
