dying to get this off my chest?

    Hello everybody i have solved a way for our highways to be pee bomb free/#2 in a plastic bag free!,our truck stop odor free!

    Now i no i may not be the first one to think of this but here it is!!!!
    I'm tired of all the above things taking place. so here it is.
    starting asap all driver's are required to get a new DOT physical medical examine. at this time blood is drawn to find out there 1. blood type 2. DNA
    this info is stored in a data base. as truck stop employers/state workers/
    and company that picks up litter. finds pee bombs /#2 in a plastic bag.

    they call a company that is haz-mat to remove the container. it's taken to a lab they find the dna to the person that left it there. they also contact the driver/company they each are givin a $1,000 fine. and charged with the cost of a haz-mat team collecting it. the worker that found it and the lab's fee of disposing of it!

    after a few thousands dollars is givin out our roads will be pee bomb free. our truck stops wont smell like a P lot. But hey what do i know i'm a truck driver............................:biggrin_255:

    Can you imagine what the cost would be for such an idea? While I feel that guys that leave pee bottles on the side of the road should be beaten until they cannnot walk, I will not lose more tax money to a corrupt government and let the healthcare industry and law enforcement waste time and money hunting down "poop bandits".

    A better idea is to have brave truckers point these guys out when they see it. I don't think the people of this generation have the balls to tell others to their face to do the right thing. Everyone waits for the next guy to say something. Nobody helps each other, nobody deserves to have a decent living on the road when you don't take pride in what you do.

    Maybe but a sure fire way is to impose a very hefty fine with the possibility of jail time and of license suspension.
    Make it a $5000 fine for a first offense and 60 days in jail plus the fine for a second and so on,you will see a lot less of this disgusting behavior.
    You gotta hit 'em where it hurts.

    Or, the fmcsa could put out a press release that they will be testing all "SAMPLES" that they find for controlled subs . . . .that might cut it down significantly . . . and the cost of a simple press release is free . .

    What I don't get is the pee lots. My god, you're standing in the parking lot of someplace with a freakin restroom! Bottles/bags I can understand a bit more, I don't do it, but I can understand. Sometimes ya gotta do what ya gotta do. I spent a good portion of my childhood in the back of a van traveling the country with my dad, then military service, then driving jobs.....I can hold it if I have to. Usually I make sure I go before I leave, then hold it till I get where I can do it in privacy with some sense of dignity.

    The FMCSA would find a way to have to pay for said press release, and then find yet another way to pass that cost on to us drivers......
