Starting out. I have two orientation dates. Trying to decide. How can you tell when a company has ran your background and has not? I don't want to go home after I get there.

Welcome to you. No way of knowing unless you ask, and if you ask they may be suspicious and wonder why you are worried about it. If you got a problem that you feel *could* hold you back I would find someone at said company to discuss it with before showing up and possibly having to go back home..unless you are close and distance/travel costs are not a problem.

murder and mayhem...jk...nothing unusual, just requires explanation for DOT 3 year background and if someone glances at it based on the little iddy biddy spaces on the application then they don't get the full picture.

I did not have the full picture until I started realizing what people need, and I've just heard the rumors from Hunt and England, etc about bringing people in without backgrounding and then sending them home.
